EUROMED European Foundation for Development of Medicine and Education (Eurojska Fundacja Rozwoju MedycynyI Edukacji “EUROMED”) is engaged in the development, implementation and support of innovative projects and programs in the field of medicine and education, which are based on international cooperation.The Foundation’s programs are aimed at arranging and ensuring the exchange of professional skills between medical specialists of European countries and post-Soviet countries. Considerable importance in the project development is given to the transfer of European experience in the field of reforming medicine and education, as well as promotion of the cutting-edge treatment methods and disease prevention. Within the international projects, the Foundation organizes study visits and highly specialized trips, as well as internships at the leading medical institutions in Poland and other EU countries, which are arranged through close cooperation with qualified experts of these institutions; organizes issue-related conferences, congresses and symposia, certified courses and trainings. The experts of the EUROMED Foundation regularly participate in the exchange of practical knowledge between the countries of Central and Eastern Europe for the reform of the health care system and medical education.The Foundation works in close cooperation with state institutions and local authorities, healthcare institutions, non-governmental organizations, associations and other funds, as well as independent international experts and specialists.
