DOUBLE DIPLOMA

The “Double Diploma” project is a unique educational program that allows students of medical colleges and secondary medical schools to combine their education at home with education on the basis of a European (in particular, Polish) medical school. Upon completion of the full course, participants receive state diplomas from the Republic of Poland. In addition to obvious advantages, such documents have the Europass mark, which ensures their owners reliably employment in the European Union.

The objectives of the “Double Diploma” project:

  • Development of international cooperation by implementing a unified educational platform.
  • Introduction to medical personnel the cutting-edge equipment and its application in daily regular procedures.
  • Development of highly qualified competitive medical personnel who speak several foreign languages, with practical experience in European medical sector.
  • Improvement of proficiency of medical attendants.
  • Informing the paramedical staff about the status of the job market in Europe and supporting the conditions that allow these professionals to apply for employment in the EU.
  • Guarantee to employ the students of medical colleges and secondary medical schools in the EU countries upon completion of education.
  • Attraction of entrants and students to participate in joint international projects and programs supported by medical educational institutions of all levels of accreditation, through making and implementation of individual and attractive proposals.

The project is the only project of its kind for medical education: it was developed by the experts of the EUROMED Foundation for the Development of Medicine and Education purposely for the paramedical personnel.

The training takes place in Polish at the medical schools in Poland (Warsaw). The course includes educational and qualification programs for medical attendants:

  • Medical tutor, training period – 1 year.
  • Medical sterilization technician, training period – 1 year.

Concept and structure of distance module training

Training period: 10 months (including practical classes).
Total time: 348 hours.
Practice time: 160 hours.

  • Full-time education – 174 hours:
    • 1st semester – 87 hours (3 weeks of theoretical studies in an educational institution in Warsaw).
    • 2nd semester – 87 hours (3 weeks of theoretical studies in an educational institution in Warsaw).
  • Practical part – 160 hours:
    • Practical classes in the medical institutions of Poland.
  • State examinations.
  • Extramural education– 174 hours. Distance learning.

    Distance course of the Polish medical language (by Skype) or group classes on the basis of a domestic college:

    • 1st semester – 87 hours. Obtaining and mastering tutorials in Polish and native language for training and preparation for the full-time education and workshops.
      After a comparative analysis of the educational programs of the domestic college and the Polish school – partial or full automatic set-off of studies.
    • 2nd semester – 87 hours. Obtaining and mastering tutorials in Polish and native language for training and preparation for the full-time education and workshops.

The cost of participation in the project: EUR 850 (registration fee).

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • preparation of documents for entering the school;
  • “Polish Medical Language” distance courses (30 hours);
  • advice on visa issues;
  • information and documentary support when opening a visa;
  • invitation to open a Schengen multiple entry visa for 1 year;
  • arrangement of the participant’s trip to Poland (settlement, escort of the supervisor at departure, etc.);
  • supervisor accompanying (support in domestic matters on the territory of Poland);
  • interpreter services (during the first visit for the full-time training);
  • intensive Polish language studies with native speakers (during the first visit for the full-time training);
  • comprehensive full-time training in Poland;
  • tutorials for distance learning (for independent study and preparation for the full-time education);
  • GUARANTEED EMPLOYMENT!

The “Double Diploma” project introduces to people with secondary medical education a legal residence and work in the territory of the European Union, having spent a minimum of time and money. Project participants can learn the English medical language to the required level and find work in Germany, Switzerland, Austria or Denmark.

The project is also of interest to those who plan to get higher medical education and to fix the diploma admission (pass through nostrification) in the territory of the European Union. Participation in the project allows to find a job during an obligatory postgraduate internship and earn money.
