It is a pity to acknowledge, but the war in Ukraine continues. The evil is deaf when it comes to hearing the voice of reason. People are suffering and being killed. Cities and villages are demolished. Because of such hostility, Ukrainians face a humanitarian catastrophe in the 21st century.
Fortunately, the world community gives its helping hand to the people of Ukraine. Kharkiv is one of its largest cities, which has been shelled with thousands of bombs and the HELP UKRAINE! Project by the European Foundation for the Development of Medicine and Education EUROMED keeps it under precise attention to support. Now BENEFICIUM, the Polish-Ukrainian Foundation has also joined us. That collaboration arranged one more cargo of humanitarian aid to Kharkiv delivering cereals, pasta, canned meat and fish, sweets, baby food, diapers, and hygiene products.
Since 2018, the BENEFICIUM Foundation has been a collaborative hub for the people who care. The foundation works with local communities and care and cultural facilities bringing a social mission to life. Volunteers and employees of the foundation have been providing care for the elderly in Warsaw for several years and supporting children with disabilities.
The team of the BENEFICIUM Foundation believes that as we cannot change the whole world, we can change the life of one person. Helping is our daily life, and it influences the people in need. The help of each is a brick to build a better world.
