Project Objective
The project aims to increase the level of professional competence of medical specialists, support and professional development of skills of health managers and senior and middle medical staff. Its main objective is to improve the quality of medical care through staff training and development.
Advantages of the Project
- Comprehensive Training: Medical courses, trainings, and seminars. The project provides various educational activities aimed at updating and expanding specialized knowledge and practical skills.
- Attendance at Conferences: International cooperation. Participants are given the opportunity to attend conferences organized on the basis of leading Polish clinics and universities. This facilitates the exchange of experience and knowledge on an international level.
- Management Skills Development: MBA Courses. Special attention is paid to the development of leadership, management, and organizational qualities through MBA courses. This allows Medical Institutions to be seen as individual entrepreneurial initiatives, contributing to their financial autonomy and independence.
Expected Outcomes
The Skills Improvement Initiative is focused on the following outcomes:
- Professional Development of Medical Staff: Participants gain up-to-date knowledge and skills required for modern medical practice.
- Development of Professional Community: Contributes to the formation and development of a professional community of health professionals interested in improving the quality of services.
- Improving the Quality of Medical Services: As a direct result of the project, the quality of health care services is improved through the application of acquired knowledge and skills in practice.
The Health Workforce Development Project plays a key role in ensuring a high level of health care delivery. Through a comprehensive approach to staff training and development, it opens new opportunities for professional and personal growth of health workers, as well as contributes to improving the efficiency and quality of work of medical organizations.
