The Euromed Foundation held another cycle of classes to prepare for the exam for confirmation of a diploma in Poland for masters of pharmacy. The process of preparing our trainees for the exams for obtaining the right to practice in Poland includes several modules. This system has proven to be the most efficient.
Within the framework of the “Warsaw Module”, there is an intensive preparation for passing the nostrification or verification exam. From April 10, 2022 to April 22, 2022, the “Warsaw Module” for Masters of Pharmacy was held. Some of our students were able to personally attend the classes, which were held from 9.00 to 17.00 daily, seven days a week in Warsaw. The remaining applicants for confirmation of the diploma were trained online.
This kind of “brainstorming” makes it possible to quickly and efficiently prepare specialists who have received higher education outside the EU to pass the nostrification or verification exam. Confirmation of a specialist diploma is a necessary condition for obtaining the right to professional activity and, accordingly, work in Poland for masters of pharmacy.
Our trainees received all the necessary materials: methodological recommendations and presentations. The subject of the classes covers all the necessary areas of pharmacy, provided by the Polish Medical Examination Center for examinations for confirmation of specialist diplomas, namely:
- biomedical foundations of pharmacy;
- physical and chemical foundations of pharmacy;
- analysis, synthesis and technology of medicines;
- biopharmaceuticals and the effects of drug use;
- pharmaceutical practice.
Classes are taught by experienced teachers. The “Warsaw module” traditionally ends with an internal exam, which allows checking the level of preparation of each student, and also reveals gaps in knowledge. All participants of the preparatory course received a thorough analysis of mistakes and recommendations on what else to pay attention to while preparing for the exam.
At the end of the course, all participants received certificates. “Warsaw module” not only allows you to prepare for the exam but also helps to create the necessary mood. Our trainees are positive about the success. After passing the diploma confirmation exam, the next stage is the language exam.
Recall that in Poland there are two possibilities for confirming a specialist diploma. The first is the nostrification exam, which is organized and conducted by pharmaceutical faculties and universities. The second is a verification exam, which is conducted by the Polish Medical Examination Center. Exams usually are taken in the form of tests. Each question has 5 possible answers, 1 of which is correct.
