Foundation Programs for specialty “Traumatology”
The current programs of the Foundation are divided into 2 areas: for senior students of medical educational institutions and practicing traumatologists. For students who consider the training as a traumatologist in Poland, Euromed offers information trips for several days during the vacations and a medical practice in the summer.
Trip and practice programs in Polish hospitals for students – what to they bring:
- how the Polish health care system works;
- visual representation of how hospitals, clinics, and emergency rooms in Poland are equipped;
- presentation of the enrollment in a Polish medical university;
- presentation of the procedure of confirmation a medical diploma in Poland.
Another equally important area of the Foundation’s work is to assist doctors working in different countries outside the European Union and wishing to advance their qualifications. Especially for this purposeful medical contingent, the traumatologist qualification advancement courses in Poland, field-specific seminars and trainings are regularly held. Also, there is a real opportunity to take part in scientific and practical conferences and symposia for them.
Program for traumatologists includes:
- Acquaintance with the work of Polish emergency stations and emergency departments of hospitals.
- Acquaintance with the current standards of Polish and European medicine.
- Learning of the medical equipment and devices used for diagnosis and treatment.

Internship as a traumatologist in Poland – how to get there
We invite all the interested traumatologists to leave a preliminary application on euromed-f.com. We will surely call you back, consult on all points and select a program that will allow you to integrate into the health care system in the European Union. All internships offered for foreign traumatologists are conducted at certified state medical centers according to an individual program with a mentor-supervisor.
The knowledge of Polish language is not required for participation, because any program organized under our patronage involves supervision by a Euromed representative, who is proficient in Polish. Our supervisor and translator provides simultaneous translation during the entire program, that is why participants of the programs can both communicate with their Polish medical colleagues on general topics and master highly specialized knowledge.
