I am grateful to the Euromed Foundation and our Polish colleagues for getting acquainted with the system of insurance medicine that is actually working within the whole country, electronic accounting of patient records and free oncological assistance to the population! Special thanks to Prof. Pani Beate Spivankevich (Head of the Oncology and gynecology clinic) and doctors of the department, Prof. Pan Tomash Demkova (Head of the Oncologic Clinic), Head of the Administrative Board Dr. Michael Rataychak, for the exceptionally warm welcome and generosity to Prof. Pan Yaros Regula (Head of the clinic oncogrostroenterology), who, with his friends, head of the Department of Ivambulum and Chemotherapy, Doc.Pani Marina Rubah, and the head of the Oncardiology Clinic, Prof. Przemslav Leshekom showed us the unplanned work of their departments). The second group of oncologists of the Cherkassy OOD and the Mari Skladowska-Curie Oncology Center again, Warsaw, Poland: outpatient chemotherapy department (200 patients per day – everything is possible if you have an electronic database of medical documentation, an automated ordering system of medical preparations through your own pharmacy and payment by the State Insurance People’s Fund and a sufficient number of the same infusomats, pharmacists and nurses), a laboratory morphological department (28 pathologists! with a full auto The process mamatization is for 1300 beds and for our organizations there are 2 enthusiasts for 430, and also how they work))), the intensive care unit for 12 beds and 9 operating units (in the shift, except for the anesthesiologist in the operating theaters, 4 are constantly in the department) , clinic for the treatment of lymphoproliferative diseases with an autotransplantation unit, oncopsychology department (for 60 visits per shift for patients and their relatives, and for the medical staff – separate receptions on Saturdays) … Such bases should be watched by our health care organizers of public medical institutions s (so CEO in private for a long time in the course and) – especially on the eve of hospital automation … Rada Poles, given the country’s oncological service budget with full funding. Maybe sometime we will live to see systemic changes – there is someone to take an example, the closest neighbor is Poland!
