After a familiarization medical trip to Warsaw, I, a general practitioner, have the best memories. Such impressions that you find yourself in another world, where the medical field of activity differs in many ways from our domestic one. This applies to public services (examinations, treatment), and the structure of health care in Poland, and measures that are aimed at preventing diseases. For many doctors from my group, the issue of wages and insurance medicine was interesting. We were convinced that the amount of the functional responsibilities of Polish medical personnel is paid adequately, in accordance with the most prestigious professions in Europe. We were introduced to the work of inpatient and outpatient departments. Visited therapeutic, rheumatological, pulmonary department; I got acquainted with the department of functional diagnostics, instrumental methods of research, R-diagnostics, etc. I received answers to questions about gerontology, labor expertise for many diseases, and medical care for pregnant women. Now I have something to compare our medicine with, my work with Polish health care. Special thanks to the management of the Fund for organizing the trip at the proper level, escort, and creating good living conditions for the trip. Impressions are the best! Thank! I would expect the following exchange of experience related to endocrinology issues.
