On April 15, Ukrainian doctors visited the Children’s Hospital. prof. J. Bogdanovich in Warsaw.
The visit began with a report by a representative of a Polish hospital, who briefed Ukrainian colleagues on the structure of the institution. Program participants had the opportunity to visit the Emergency Department, Diagnostic Laboratory, Hospital Pharmacy and Central Sterilization Hall.
A significant part of the visit was devoted to the inspection of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, where Polish doctors shared with Ukrainian colleagues information on the functioning of the Department, and the mode of work of doctors and nurses. Particular attention was paid to the issue of medical equipment and equipment that is used daily by hospital staff.
The meeting ended with a report on the health system in Poland and the presentation of certificates confirming participation in the Program.
