On April 22, the 25th study visit of Ukrainian doctors at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Warsaw was held as part of the Polish-Ukrainian internship program and the development of doctors, nurses and students.
The training began with a report from the head of the Department of Internal Diseases and Rheumatology.
During the meeting, a detailed description of the Department was presented – its structure, rules of operation, equipment and the newest methods of treatment used for diseases.
Ukrainian doctors visited selected departments in accordance with their specializations, in particular the Department of Radiological Diagnostics, where computer and magnetic resonance imaging laboratories were of particular interest.
At the end of the visit, a meeting with a hospital representative took place, during which Ukrainian doctors received information about the manner and nature of the provision of commercial medical services provided by the hospital. Particular attention was paid to the issue of employment and wages of doctors and nurses.
The meeting ended with a report on the structure and functioning of the health care system in Poland.
